        In the past few months, I had two orders never delivered to me. They were shipped usps. One is regularly every month. I contacted the the companies for both issues, and they informed me they were shipped and already delivered. I live in an apartment so my box would be locked to anyone else. They have bigger boxes with keys if the item is bigger then the mail box. Two different companies, regularly by with them for the same products. The usps carrier has been placing others mail in mine with different address then my own. I believe she has done the same with mine.

        The staff was helpful, although understandably harried. The product (timely delivery of packages) was excellent, arrived ahead of time, in great condition. the price was better than my relatives paid for a commercial delivery company and, in one case, the USPS delivered more rapidly. I had an excellent experience and would like to commend all of the workers. I also promise not to be so tardy next year. Thank you. My experience took place on 12/20/2010 at the Indian River City substation at 5:03 p.m. Thank you again.
