Sego's Home Medical Equipment

I only got to work for Sego's for about a month, but from the very beginning, all of my surrounding staff were so encouraging and supportive so that I would be able to do my best and have the resources to succeed. The Rehab Department that I worked in was compassionate and clearly cared deeply for patients and their medical needs, my direct supervisor, Ashley, especially so. The care the company put in to helping people receive life-changing home medical equipment was so heart-warming to see, especially in a smaller, growing business. It wasn't without its challenges, as I learned working with insurance takes a lot of time and effort, but the success and happiness you saw in patients finally being able to improve their lives was beautiful. Seeing people gain mobility for the first time in weeks, months, or even years and being able to live a happier life is clearly something this company is proud to be a part of, and I'm proud to have worked for them, even if just for a short while.

Sego's was very helpful when I used them, I would recommend them for your DME needs. Staff was kind and courteous, and provided prompt service.

Worst medical environment ever. Dust on all the items, looks like it hasnt been cleaned or maintained in 20 years. Staff was not only rude but yelling at one another. I will not be going here again

Went to Segos because it was the closest, they were not only rude but told me I would have to have a prescription to buy a new mouthpiece for my nebulizer. This was totally false as i bought it from the friendly staff at Hobbs in Merritt Island. Have tried to do business with Segos before with the same results!!! Go to Hobbs first!!!!
