Currently we offer three different classes, enabling all age groups, beginners, intermediate and advanced to participate. Everybody is welcome, there are no ego-contests in this studio, everybody is here to practice and work with their body, not to compare themselves to others. We have a great base of regular yogis which are very supportive of new students were we help each other along in our journey. We also have a juice bar and offer freshly made fruit and vegetable juices after each class. Wheatgrass shots are also available most of the time. From time to time we will conduct juice fasts, detox diets and 30 day yoga challenges to keep it fun and enable you to stick with your health goals. The classes we offer are: Hot Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90 minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ, and gland while systematically moving fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, giving you an incredible sense of well-being. Vinyasa style yoga is a balanced infusion of both hard and soft forms of yoga including some asanas (postures) from Ashtanga and yin yoga styles and of course, sun salutations! This yoga will be a challenging yet easily adaptable for beginners to intermediate levels with modifications available. In this 60 minute practice we take requests for your favorite asana or that particular body area you want to work on. This is not a set series which allows for room to play. It is a nice fun and relaxing yoga flow, working and renewing your whole body, mind and spirit starting with breath. Tai Chi Kung is classified as a form of martial art, a relaxing, low impact aerobic exercise that all ages can participate in. The practice involves a series of postures with slow, circular movements, regulated diaphragmatic breathing and focused moving meditation, like a soft dance.

Hot Yoga, a 90 minute class with the room heated 105 degrees and 40% humidity. Vinyasa yoga, a 60 minute class which combines yin yoga and ashtanga. Tai Chi Kung, a 60 minute class which is a relaxing, low impact aerobic exercise that all ages can participate in. Juice bar, fresh juices made from scratch with real fruits and vegetables (mostly organic) at the time of order.
