Pediatric Group

You never see the same doctor. When you call to get an appointment for that day, they transfer you to the advice nuse and 99% of the time she tells you to take you child to the ER at children's (even when its not an emergency, if it was you would call the doc.)!

ADHD meds are a pain to get, appointments are booked wat out and if you over 10mins late they don't even care why they won't see you and your kid goes without their meds until they can get you back in.

I had just had a baby, was in hospital and my mom had to take my son but was 10mins late and the couldn't get him in for a month so he was without meds and suffered in school because of their medical neglecte. Then today my car battery was dead, my other 4kids were late for school due to this and I went straight to appointment for my daughter only for them to turn me away so now she will be without med (I got upset and because I got mad at the fact they didn't give two craps of my child suddenly coming off med due to not getting back in weeks later, I was dismissed from the practice.

Troy office sucks, the staff is rude...if you go to this practice DO NOT SEE SULLIVAN she is awful and has a bad attitude. Piqua office is the best as far as the staff goes, they are nice and handle upset parents very well.

If you want your child's ADHD meds to be consistent DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE, they don't care if it efects your child by having to wait forever for an appointment!!!
