Ned Sickels Overhead Doors

We found Ned Sickels online and boy are we happy we did. Dana and his team were honest and professional. They met with me at their showroom and helped my wife and me pick out beautiful garage doors. We still get compliments on the doors! Highly recommend Dana and Ned Sickels!

Decided to replace my garage door and chose Ned Sickels based on some favorable reviews I had read. Initial order in February 2019 went very well as well as installation. Was very pleased with the $1,000 door but noticed a scratch the width of one of the panels 2 days later. Called and spoke with Dana who said he would order touch up paint, apply a week later and leave remainder of paint for me. Well now over 6 weeks later, 6 phone conversations with Dana and no completion of said repair. This is very poor customer service and just passing along my frustration to others. Very disappointed.

Sicles originally installedmy gartagedoors about3 years ago and one was not closing correctly. Icalled him and he said hewould send a man to the house but did not tell me his minimun service call was 125.00 The repair man said some srewscame loose on the guid and it took him 5 minutes toput in newscrews. he charged 125 for 5 minutes work for alli AllIknowthe gude sreews were not put inproperly. Ifeelhe takeadvangtageof asituation that take s less taahn5 minutes works and uses the excuse that he has a minimun service charge which he didnot indicatethe amnount before he came For 25 i wouldhave beenhappetopucs thedoor closes the few incnes that it did not. When installing door, damaged the lighting on the garage ceiling and broke both windows in the door. Did not mention it after the installation and let. Our contractor noticed when he went to check on it. We had to contact them. I have contacted Dana every week for months and was told it's due for delivery the following week. Then I was told the windows came in but they were broken again. It has been over 5 months and still damaged windows with now no response. They were referred by our contractor. Our contractor will not refer anyone else there. We are finishing our house from Hurricane Sandy... Shop at your own risk. We bought an expensive door.

Great doors that come with horrible service. Twelve weeks later my door is still not completely installed. Time for court! Times like this I'm glad I'm an attorney. One star is one star too many.
