I was so concerned the other day because my daughter is getting married this weekend and the central air was not working in our home. Rich Payesko came out in the pouring rain to fix it and is by far one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Rich is a super guy, valued employee and AJ Perri is lucky to have him at their company. Rich has no idea what he did for me, but he saved a very special day for my family from turning into a nightmare!

I always feel safe with the techs from AJ Perri when they are in my home. I think they are absolutely wonderful!

I had a hot water heater installed by AJ Perri. It must have been a defective product because I had the same problem reoccurred. AJ Perri was great. They stand behind their products and replaced the unit all together. I am very pleased with their service.

Not to hire them or call for any repairs and installation. I had problem with my shower knob, it was pull out shower know and when pulled out the water would not come out, I ended up calling AJ Perri. tech came and he took 1 look at what was wrong and he said will come back with estimates, provided estimate off $400 without even diagnosing what was wrong with the part. He also asked me where my boiler was looked at the boiler and goes needs to be repalced. (I didnt' even all him for that or asked him look at that). I asked to check for what is wrong with it and I'll decide if I want get it repaired or not, he tried to open it and screw was stripped, so he goes it can't be repaired, need to put a whole in teh wall and repalce piping. He ended up charigng $50 just for coming and looking at what was wrong didn't even do anything. I ended up getting it fixed for $80 just was small part worth $20 needed.

AJ Perri. What a ripoff. and i wouldnt' recommd them to anyone.

I had the ducts cleaned in my whole house. I thought Kevin my technician did a great job. He was polite, and most importantly very neat and clean. I couldn’t have been happier with the work done

Recently I noticed my humidifier was leaking. I called AJ Perri. They sent out 2 guys and he was great. I deeply appreciate everything they did for me, more than words can say. They “took their shirts off their back” to help me out. They went above and beyond.

Art from AJ Perri was out to my home recently. He did such a wonderful job. I feel very fortunate that I was scheduled Art. He was so thorough and good and so wonderful. I was very pleased and want to let everyone know how great AJ Perri is.

I couldn’t be happier with the services Clay provided. I am a die hard AJ Perri customer because they always stand behind their work and are here for me when I need them. Clay’s professionalism and genuine concern for me was refreshing. He made me feel very comfortable with the equipment and showed me things I didn’t know about my system. He was so thorough and so excellent and he didn’t try to sell me anything. I cannot express how much I appreciate such a great representative and company.

I was very happy with the two guys from AJ Perri. They came to my home and were very pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, very very nice and they helped me change a light bulb. I was so happy with the great service!

Carl from AJ Perri came out to repair pipe in my kitchen. He was very helpful and a gentleman in everyway. All the employees at AJ Perri have been like this every time I have a visit from them. Good job.

In January I hired AJ Perri to come unclog a drain and do a camera inspection. They did a wonderful job and I was extremely pleased. I look forward to doing business with them in the future because of their professionalism! Sal and Justin did a wonderful job! Great job goes to AJ Perri!

Called A.J. Perri as I had a coupon for a free service call, a savings of $49.

I would have saved 10% more if I had scheduled the appointment on line.

Turns out I had a crack in the garbage disposal unit. Ran to Lowes, prior to him coming, to purchase the same model as it had lasted for 29 years with no problems (just in case it was the disposal). Good thing, because it would have cost me over $500 more. He said theirs was a better unit. But come on now, $500 for a garbage disposal. Don’t you think that’s a bit much? I ask you, what is better than $79 with a life span of 29 years. This is where the rip off begins. If you buy their units (regardless of what) you will pay dearly for it. Their service was excellent but I do recommend that you purchase whatever needs to be replaced from your local hardware store and then call them for service. Plumbers are expensive regardless of who you use. I have had many in my home with poor results and am happy to say, so far so good, with AJ Perri

I admit I am pretty hard to please. AJ Perri actually exceeds my expectations. They are the most polite and thorough company I have ever used. It is easy to tell their guys know what they are doing!
