BP

I always go out of my way to stop here when possible. This place has one bad review, but who really takes the time to rate a place that you visit only occasionally? I do not beleive its far to pass judgement on a local business like this. Everytime i visit i am greeted respectfully, and the service is always quick. Very pleased.

Took my car to the "County Line BP" on 1/21/08 for an oil change, some brake work and a new tire. Brake work was done, tire was done and but since the oil change my car has leaked oil like crazy. Something I did not notice until last night when my fiance' noted a HUGE puddle of oil under where my car had been sitting in the garage. She called me at work and I checked under my car at work and low and behold another huge puddle of oil. I went back today (1/26/08) to the County Line BP and was told that I would have to drop it off on Monday but the problem there is I have to work and that would mean no transportation to my job so I would have to miss a full day's pay. I asked to talk to the owner/manager and they called him at home. I explained the situation to him and he proceeded to tell me that I would just have to deal with Monday being the day. I again explained to him what that meant and that any lost wages would be his responsibility and that I was trying to be nice about this whole fiasco. At no time was i rude or abusive but that cannot be said for the owner of the BP. He answered with profanity and abusive language telling me to "F*CK OFF YOUR ARE AN A$$HOLE AND I WILL NOT BE F*CKING RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING YOU F*CKING A$$HOLE! THIS IS MY F*CKING DAY OFF AN YOU CAN JUST F*CK RIGHT ON OFF IF YOU THINk I AM GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU YOU F*CKING A$$HOLE!" he then proceeded to call me a few more names and tossed out some more profanity at which point I told him to, "Have a nice weekend" and said, "Goodbye".
