Please, please, whatever you do, do not use this facility. I was there with a terrible cold and sinus infection. I was paying for this myself, and you could tell immediately when I said that, the whole demeanor changed at the front desk. Once I got into the actual exam room, I met with a young, sloppy dressed girl. She was there to take the vitals, etc. She kept pushing procedures I knew I didn't need for what I was there for. The nurse practitioner that finally came in after 45 minutes of waiting in the exam room, had zero personality, and acted like I should have been grateful that she showed up at all. She too, kept pushing procedures I didn't need for an antibiotic prescription. What did they not understand? I felt that I was not treated well either personally, nor professionally because I didn't have insurance and I was paying for this visit myself. I will never step foot in that facility again.
