Pet Ranch

This store is absolutely horrible. Not only do they mistreat all of the animals, but their customer service is terrible as well. The dogs and cats can always be found living in their own filth; they're left to sit in their urine and feces for days on end. I've been there to look at the hamsters and have found dead hamsters in the cages more often than live ones, and when there are live ones they're left without food for days. Also, when their animals are sick they simply reduce the cost on them until they die or are bought by someone who will have to spend an exhorbitant amount of money to save their life. As far as customer service goes, avoid contact with their employees at all costs. They're rude and condescending and act more like they think they're entitled royalty than caretakers of these animals and salespeople. This store is absolutely horrible when it comes to dealing with people and animals. 10/10 would not recommend unless you'd like to be argued with and buy a pet with numerous issues caused by this store.

Dew claws were removed by breeder at birth which is excellent service/the cost of that was not extra and it isn't cheap/A huge benefit to the dog and owner! They also gave a one week health check and the vet hospital they use was excellent. Vet realized a cold might be coming on and even took care of her the following week by having her inhale meds in a tent for 15 minutes a day for about 4 days and the whole thing was still covered! Great service to have when you purchase a young pup that was transported from another state. We were totally relieved to have her so well taken care of and have been exceptionally happy with her breeding.
