Has anyone ever waited almost 2 hrs at a fast food restaurant for you order???? Yea well I did! On 9/18/15 around 7:45pm I waited in the drive thru for over an hr & I couldn't drive off because I was stuck between cars. I've lived in this area for over a year & EVERY time I go to the store they ALWAYS manage to mess up my order. Once I get up to the window the girl tries to hand me the wrong order...she had given the car in front of me my order. So therefore I wait at the window another 20 mins. She brings me a bag with my sandwiches only in it & says it'll be a minute for the fries & I lost it. I demanded a refund & my food & she said I could have a refund but not my money. Yet, the lady behind me gets off of her car walks inside demands a refund & her money & she gets it. I roll down my passenger window & kindly ask her if they refunded her money & gave her the order & she said yes. I drive out of the drive thru, park & walk inside & demanded my refund. They shorted me my money, gave me the wrong size of fries & didn't give me my drinks after waiting another 45 minutes for my food. I will NEVER go back to this store & I contacted corporate about how horrible this store is!!!!

food doesn't taste great or even real for that matter. service sucks and appears to be a very dirty facility. Took my younger brother to play in their play center and he got a cold right afterwards! Clearly they do not disinfect or clean.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and I received a burnt chicken it was hard as a rock and when I tried calling the phone was busy I'm very unhappy
