Grace Property Management & Real Estate

They do not even deserve one star. They do not keep complete records. They issue fines for non-existent violations. When confronted with their ineptness, they accuse you of intimidating them. DO NOT RENT FROM GRACE MANAGEMENT!!!!!

Not enough space to tell you the nightmare that was renting from Grace for a year. They're dishonest, neglectful, and rude. We loved the house, neighborhood, & location, and we left because we couldn't deal with Grace anymore. We were at best misled--and at worst lied to--by them from the start. They ignored maintenance requests like leaking pipes, electrical problems, vagrants living in the cellar, graffiti on the cellar walls & collapsing chimney. It was all like that when we moved in, & got worse over the year. They don't answer their phones and only occasionally return calls. When we complained about their neglect (unless they wanted something, of course), they told us in at least 3 different situations that they had "too many renters." We didn't see how that was our fault. I'm sorry that they have too many renters. Now they have two less, which should ease their burden somewhat. I hope anyone considering using them will decide not to burden Grace Management with their business.

I rent an apt through grace management, and personally I think the company is a joke. The place is falling down, there are bugs everywhere but they will not get someone to spray even after a child nearly died from a spider bite last year. The washer and dryer break nearly once a month and it takes them two weeks to fix it and this time we have had no hot water for three days. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

From the outside, watching all the video's...this company seems top notch. However, when I looked to hire them do to a military move coming in spring, Marc required a 5% increase in his normal fees to manage my home. This came as a huge insult to me personally as well as my property. I did find a more patriotic company to help. Stars and Stripes Property management. They not only were more than happy to manage my property, but offered a discount as well.
