Indoor Shooting Company

Owner/operator is professional and runs a good operation. However, one of his employees, Leslie, needs a serious attitude adjustment. I found her to be impertinent, demeaning and peevish. Due to her highly unprofessional conduct I will not be returning to this range in the future.

Signed up and paid in advance for a NRA instructor course, was forced to cancel before the class date due to a family emergency and I am now being relocated for a job so taking the course in the future at this location will not be possible for me. After multiple calls asking for a refund over a period of weeks because no one would return my calls with a answer I was finally informed that a refund would not be possible due to the fact that my class materials had already been bought and paid for before I cancelled the class. (Keep in mind that no where on their website is their mention of a no refund policy.)



I then asked for my class materials since they have already been paid for, and I was told that they did not have them and they would be able to mail them to me in approx two months when their next NRA instructor course was being held. (Can you see the look of confusion on my face).



So now, I am out $285.00 (no instructor cert and no course materials).



Would'nt it make sense that they could refund my money and use my course materials that wont be available for two months on the next student that signs up for the class in two months. HMMMMMMMMM



Poor customer service and very poor made up as you go policy.

Great range! Huge selection of pistol and revolver rentals, and lower caliber rifles. Clean air inside range and noise dampening system which is much better than the large corporate ranges. Staff is knowledgeable and alert with all safety procedures. Been to this place a handful of times and I will drive the extra miles to go here to avoid larger, ranges that are over crowded and understaffed and have a long list of potentials.

Perfect for pistol shooting. Cleanest range I think I've been to in my life. Fun, friendly staff. No frills kind of place and very understated for the dedicated shooter. My wife is learning and this is the only range she feels safe at and now won't shoot anywhere but here. Ken is the owner and he and his staff will make sure you're well taken care of. They don't pretend to be anything they aren't. It's a down home place that is safe and well run. Glad we have this place to go.

This is the best shooting range in Tampa Bay!!!! They have 6 lanes an A/C super good. The lady's at the desk they really helpful an knowledge with the guns. Very good Instructors I highly recommend The Indoor Shooting Company better then Shoot Straight an other ranges in the area. Plus they have AMMOOOOOO!!!!

It would not have been too bad, even though it is a trailer, but there is an incredibly rude, annoying and ugly woman working there, who i hope to never see again. I have not been back since

If I had realized this place was a trailer pretending to be a shooting range I never would've gone. The lady at the front desk was annoying and rude. "You've never shot pistols before? Are you serious???" There is hardly any lighting within the range itself; it's like shooting into a black hole. My friend and I had just come from shooting sporting clays (had a great time) and were very disappointed with the complete let down this place turned out to be. I've never been to any other shooting ranges; this was my first time with a pistol, but I have no desire to go back. Plainly put, it wasn't fun, the people were obnoxious, and the facility is a joke. Don't waste your time here.

Yes this is a trailer but I figure I would give it a chance. The woman behind the counter was nice at first but turned out to be plain rude. Thank goodness shoot straight came to the area because they will get all my business in the future as well as anyone else who asks where I shoot....

the business itself is great and the staff, but when you try to get to there web page, its not theres. no matter what you try, you cant get it. same with the security instructer, nolansecuritytraining.com it also comes up with a different web page. hard to schedule or email the places/people.
