Proctor Heating & Air

My home was built just under two years ago and is brand new. I started noticing some issues with a few of my air vents in my bathrooms. I called the builder who basically told me he wasn't going to fix it and that was it. After a gathered myself in disbelief that the builder just blew me off after giving him 300K to build me a new home, I decided to call John Proctor who installed the system. John was very friendly, apologetic and professional about the issue. John then spent an hour on the phone with me trying to resolve the issue, however it could not be fixed over the phone. John scheduled a time to come out to install two new dampers that fixed the problem immediately! I cant say enough good things about this company and its owner John. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my HVAC needs!
