I am EXTREMELY pleased with Dr Brown's expertise, caring attitude and empathy, I have ALWAYS had a positive experience with her and her office staff at EVERY visit. Her policies are clear, concise & consistent. My family has received much more than what she charges! I was very displeased with a bad comment on this review! My son has a severe brain illness & has seen 9 doctors over the past 8 years and Dr Brown has been the ONLY doctor that cared and helped my son. She definitely knows psychiatry and the first that has made my son feel confident and accepting of his condition. He is now excelling in school and has 2 close friends he spends time with. This is all due to Dr. Brown's help. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown!

It's disheartening to reflect on the maltreatment we have rec'vd from Dr Brown, concerning our young son. Indeed, the wait was lengthy, an hour from where we live, the office smelled like cigarettes, the fees significant, but we were committed to Dr Brown b/c of her claims of being ADHD patient herself, which I thought would prompt her empathy, compassion, and sense of urgency. We were wrong. For 3 months we've attempted to contact Dr Brown, but she won't return our calls/emails. Because Dr Brown has failed to provide us the paperwork we need, our son cannot obtain the school accommodations he needs to be successful. It pains me to see how this scenario has unfolded, especially when a young, helpless child is involved.
