I had used their sister salon Dimensions back in Feb to get a cut for my 10 yr old son. It was good and just a few dollars more than barber. So I decided to stop I'm Root 466 because of the location. OMG... not the best cut, but what was worse is they hit me for 24.50 for a 10yr old boy. I was in shock and did not even realize until I was in the car that she did not even blow it dry and there was hair flying everywhere. So disappointed in myself for assuming a kids cut would be cheaper. By the way, the explanation was that she was a "better, more experienced" stylist...NOT!!
