I've been there numerous times and have seen many repeat customers while sitting in the chair. I have never had a bad experience as well as my daughters and grand daughters . Whether the stylists are doing a cut or color it's always been top notch. By the way I've been going there for the past 3 yrs.

I don't have a review as yet, I gave it a 4 star because I went in last week for a consultation with the stylist and was very impressed with her listening skills, knowledge and time she gave me, at no charge. But would like to ask that if someone is reviewing this salon, please indicate which stylist you used. A salon is only as good as it's stylists, and can't be reviewed fairly simply based on the dissatisfaction of a customer who didn't like their stylist. I have an appt this afternoon, they don't charge any more than the other salons in the area (except the chains in WalMart, etc). I will review, and I will mention my stylist by name!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Ladies, pass this one by! Besides being completely overpriced, by the time I got home my hair style...... well, there wasn't one. My hair was greasy and hanging; I had to wash it before I went to bed. I could style my own hair much better than this completely overpriced shop. They need to regroup and go back to school. As far as the star rating goes, it doesn't deserve even one.

I had a great experience (Stylist Christopher). All I wanted was a cut and trim while on vacation. He was quick, professional, and above all listened to what I wanted. My hair is long (it was greatly too long) and now it is just right. I am a physician and most places I have had a haircut while on vacation and have attempted to add tons of fees, extra un-needed treatments ,etc...once they found out I could afford it, but not here. The Dimensions team was very professional, offered coffee or tea, and there were no surprises. The service was more than a cheap haircut at chain store, but less than many other high price salons (around $45). I definitely would recommend this establishment for the service, a pleasant atmosphere, and professionalism. Note: They DO work on commission and have sale goals they have to make, so I am not sure if I had a different experience than others because I went at the beginning of the month verses the end of the month… Something to investigate further…

I read some pretty good reviews about this place.. and had just moved close to it. Yes, the salon is attractive and the people friendly. I went in with a pic of exactly what i wanted and took me a long time to decide also.. I love love love my hair!!! Im not too picky and am open to new things.. I had long beautiful hair.. She chopped it all off, the dye was all wrong, my head looks like it has wings...!! ALL WRONG!!! In the pic it was a golden color and hair was below the shoulders. I hate it! I had to sit there for about 5 and a half hrs! went back and tried to fix it because it was uneven and tried fixing the color.. i left with it looking a little better but not at all what i asked for... spent close to $200 before i came back for the fix.. hidden costs and really bad hair cut and color.

Their "top" stylist RUINED my hair cut and color- and for $150! The quality was what I would expect from a cheap chain salon. Beware of hidden charges and a level of service that doesn't match up with their prices.

i am going for my first visit to demensions studio in the villages for (neveragain668) who put their review on here. i would like to know a.s.a.p. as my first visit is tomorrow at 3"45pm on wed. thx cautious customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Dimensions they do the BEST Chunk blond, copper and red 3-color highlights ever!!! (and we know how hard that can be to do)the Stylist takes time to understand exactly what you want everyone there is very friendly it’s a beautiful salon from the stylist to the atmosphere! I won’t go any where else!

Took 6 yr old daughter for cut wash and blow dryer. Excellent stylist. Very patient and up beat salon. Everyone was very professional. Daughter smiled from ear to ear all day. Stylist took the extra time with her because she asked for curls in her hair (she has straight) and gave her beautiful ringlet curls. GREAT JOB!!! Would definitely recommend.

They burned my hair with a perm they left it on to long my hair is a mess I cant do anything with it I cut alot of the perm off but still cant do anything with my hair ..My hair is my pride and joy and when your hair looks bad you look bad...It is going to take a long time before my hair starts to look normal again I think I am going to have to go my a wig I can't walk around like this any more...

I recieved THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. Yes, the place is attractive, the staff is friendly....but can they cut hair? NO.

I had exceptional expericence in the Salon. The staff was very friendly and the salon is gorgeous inside.

Great service friendly staff and overall a really enjoyable experience and they carry Redken Nioxion and pureology where could you go wrong :)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
