        Overall

        Service Star installed a new AC unit for my mother, a retiree. From beginning to end these guys were great. Very knowledgeable and with competitive pricing. The new unit was installed in one day and they completely cleaned up after themselves. The unit is working great and I have a real good feeling about the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

        This is a wonderful, reliable ...

        This is a wonderful, reliable and courteous company. Our first experience with this company was 2 years ago when our air conditioner went out on a 115 degree day. I called my usual company and 5 others and no one would come out and I was told it would be at least 2 days before they could get to me. I found Service Star in the Ahwatukee phone book, called and spoke to Victor the owner who told me that he would be there in about 45 minutes. He and Jeff did an amazing job and even gave me a free year of service. I have never called my old company back. Today Luis was here for my regular check up and again, polite, throuogh, neat and very well priced. You can't go wrong with this company!

        My Wife and i wanted to take a minute to thank all the gentleman at Service Star who went above and beyond our expectations. They were fast, professional and clean. When our heating system went out late at night they were there for our family, a live person answered the phone and got a technician on his way, the service technician Jeff M did a great job, he also looked at our water heater. Thanks again to my Super Stars At Service Star

        I'd like to give Jeff, the emp...

        I'd like to give Jeff, the employee who serviced our air conditioning Unit &amp; Shower yesterday a big pat on the back! He was professional yet friendly, extremely capable and stayed until everything was fixed to both his and my satisfaction. We now have an air conditioning Unit that functions efficiently and quietly, and a shower that works perfectly. We are very, very pleased. MaryEllen from Tempe, AZ
