        Richard Burgmeier, MD founded Perfect Skin Laser Center in 2000 and has over 16 yrs experience in Aesthetic Medicine performing thousands of laser treatments and is an expert injector and a certified speaker/trainer for Allergan (Botox, Juvederm, Voluma). Dr. Burgmeier offers the most advanced laser and skin treatments available. He was one of the first doctors in Arizona to offer Thermage, Laser treatments for acne, Photodynamic Skin Rejuvenation with Levulan, Fraxel laser treatments, and Infini RF. Dr. Burgmeier has been featured on channel 3 and channel 5 news shows and in the Mesa Tribune. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Medicine. He worked for Cigna Urgent Care from 1991 - 2005 where he has routinely cared for critically ill patients. With this extensive clinical experience he is well grounded in the medical and emergent care of his patients.
