I was not impressed with this facility, yes they did do what they were supposed to and check out my daughter but I was not impressed.

On my first visit (initial) when I called to make the appointment I was on hold for over thirty minutes then I was scheduled in, the receptionist informed me to enter through the side entrance so I did and that was the entrance where they keep all personal records, then they placed me and my daughter in a small room where they give you your shots or draw blood. I asked the receptionist right when I got there if I could have the paper to have my daughters shot records faxed over because I was unable to grab them from her previous provider, and I had spoke with them and they were ready to fax them over they just needed the fax number and a signed paper from me from the new facility. I asked over 5 times in the hour and 20 minutes that we were waiting in that little room while the staff walked in and out without even acknowledging us. SO finally we go to the room where they were going to check out my daughter for her well baby check up. The nurse was nice and so was the LPN but she indicated that they did not have my daughters shot records, so I informed her that I have been asking for the paper to fax over for over an hour now, well when the receptionist came and finally gave me the paper she hands it to me and goes well I am a little busy. Ok so we leave and all is well but I was never informed of when I have to come back, luckily I know my daughter needed to go when she was 18months old. So I figure I will give them a second chance we all have bad days. I get the same receptionist and try and schedule an appointment, she indicated that they are all booked and to call back next month. Ok so I call back and the receptionist was yet again rude, but I went ahead and scheduled the appointment anyways. Well the day of our appointment we entered through the main entrance and I checked in and did all the usual stuff but the staff was just rude, and unfriendly they didn’t have any toys for the children to play within the waiting room (luckily I always bring some) and it was just an unpleasant experience altogether, also my daughter needed the flu shot and they did not have the shots for private insc Co.’s at the time only government assisted agencies, so they wanted me to come back have to pay another co-pay just so my daughter could get the shot and not even be checked out. I have since then changed clinics and I have to ask them when my daughter needs to come in since I do not know. My daughter is my only child and I am still learning all of the shot dates and everything else
