Amber Oak Storage

Along with affordable prices, great location, awesome hours of operation, the superior quality of customer service is one of the main factors that locked in my decision to make Amber Oak Storage the place I call my home away from home. I feel as if the staff is always in top if they're customer's needs. Ive grown quite find of one employee for sure and that's Evelyn. The whole staff as a unit are awesome. I say just try it here for a month and make it a point to come in and just say hello to whoever is on duty that day and I promise you that you will know there is no other facility here in Tehachapi that could possibly come close to Amber Oak. I dare you to try here and you won't be sorry.

I love Amber Oak Storage! They have always been very accommodating and just a great, clean & affordable place overall. I love that they do friend referrals - I have helped refer many friends & family members & both of us get money off our storage rent! Randi has always been extremely helpful & sweet whenever my husband or I go to the front office in need of assistance. She is truly an asset to this business & I will continue to remain a loyal customer, and refer friends & family who are in search of an excellent storage facility. :) Keep up the great work!

I have been a long term tenant, in fact I go back to the previous owner. I am one of those tenants who pays several months at a time. The orignal owner was very customer service orientated, because I paid months at a time, he was always gracious enough to call me when it was time to pay again. For some reason, the new owner cant or wont do this, but I am an adult and I can adjust. Except for 1 time, everytime I go in to pay my rent, I have had the good fortune to work with Kaylee........what a pleasent individual, great personality, always a smile, and fun to talk too. Makes you almost glad you showed up. I cannot say the same for Randi, though I only had to deal with her once, if I had to work with her everytime I was there, I would move my stuff.........kudo's Kaylee.......thanks for being there.

Very clean storage, the woman named Randi that works in the office is VERY respectful and nice, she helped me a few times when I needed it. The rates are also very good and cheap. I will return if I need to.

go to another storage place! the first time we stored here our RV was broken into and damaged and lo and behold none of there surviellance stuff worked. so we brought it home and then when the new owners took over we thought we would try again well you guessed it once again our RV has been damaged and they say they are not responsible and are unwilling to help us out. i am pretty sure we will be pulling our RV from there and will not recommend this place TO ANYONE!

I have stored a couple of other places here - this ones the best. Clean safe and good people to work with.
