I took them my computer for a virus removal, they got it back to me faster than expected. Very nice people, super honest.

When I first brought my computer into this shop for a screen replacement. Sure they were very friendly called me in when my computer was ready. My computer screen worked good enough for me to use.



When it comes to their contract and prices. Tom who works there is a complete liar. I got a invoice for $0.00 When I was called for my computer. When I came to pick up my computer. I asked for a explanation of why I was paying $80.00 He said because he had to look at it. But he had already given me a invoice of $0.00. Tom assumed the action of what happen to my computer. When I got the phone call of my computer being ready at the rate of $80.00. I was also told I had a year warranty. When I asked Tom did I have a warranty he told me yes 90 days. Another employee said no I gave her a year. My computer is not even a year old from the screen being replaced and it was broken again. NEVER AGAIN will I visit this place warranty or not. I would NOT recommend anyone to this shop. PERIOD.

I have had to come in multiple times for a new power chord and everytime they had them and they are fairly cheap they are always friendly and I have questions they are always willing to answer with smiles definitely would come here for any other computer problems.
