MAC Landscaping & Design

When I started looking into having new landscaping done on my home, I met with several companies. I chose Mike, and MAC Landscaping and Design because of his professionalism and knowledge. Mike has been doing work for nearly 5 years at my home. No matter how big or small my landscaping needs, he has completed the job(s) to my satisfaction. I appreciated his knowledge of the Unilock block system, which he used for my garden walls several years ago. Looking at them today, you would think the work was just completed. Mike and his company, MAC Landscaping and Design, gives high quality work which he guarantees, as well. I especially like that he checks and monitors the work of his crew to be certain it meets his high standards. In addition, I appreciate that Mike was always present when the work was completed at my home. I would, without a doubt, recommend MAC Landscaping and Design to my friends and family.

Absolutely love the work Mike and his team did with our patio. Took a half formed idea (and accompanying mud pit) and fleshed it out into a hell of a patio that we cannot wait to enjoy. Mike accommodated our schedule, made time to meet with us in the evening after we got out of work on multiple occasions as we sorted out what we wanted to do. Throughout the design process he was able to offer recommendations and the reasoning behind them to get us a fantastic final product.

The scope of the project was about 560 square feet of pavers over the remains of a large removed tree. Mike was adamant about a thorough grinding of the remaining root structure to prevent settling in the future (attention to detail was a prevailing theme here). Unfortunately the previous homeowner had improperly burried the power line to the garage, leading to it being severed by the subcontractor that ground the patio area. I only mention this because of the way Mike handled it, rerunning the line properly in conduit at no cost to us. Cannot overstate the professionalism enough.

The last comment I'll make is that it only took Mike and his team two days to complete the project. Dirt removal, foundation material packing, paver installation and mulch laying. A much better option than the months it would have taken us to do it ourselves, and an exponentially better final product than we could have hoped for.

After several quotes and much research, my husband and I decided to hire MAC Landscaping and Design for our new home landscaping project. Mike took the time to review all aspects of our choices, and had the knowledge of which plants and trees would be best according to seasonal blooming and quantity of daily sunlight necessary to flourish. He also was able to educate us on thinking about the different seasons to maintain a variety of color and blooming in the various parts of our property. The end result was outstanding and so impressive. Moreover, MAC Landscaping stands behind their products and work, which shows that they hold high quality to a top standard. Finally, they were always on-time and cleaned up the perimeter every evening prior to leaving our home. We are so pleased with how beautiful our landscaping turned out. Thank you!!!

Absolutely fantastic. My back yard desparately needed a make over. Mike took the time to go over what I needed and his ideas. Spent over one and one-half hours going over everything at appointment for estimate. He and his crew worked all day non-stop getting everything done. Pleased with back yard and price was in line with other estimates. Would highly recommend MAC to anyone needing landscape work done.
