Great Clips

Had a bad haircut twice already. One time my sideburns were not trimmed at all leaving my sideburns much longer. Just today I got a haircut there and the stylist left the cowlick about twice and long the rest of my hair. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I don't like paying an alfalfa haircut either.

Saturday, September 5th at 9:00 am I was stood up by the person who was to style my hair for my Son's wedding at 3:30. I wanted to have my hair done up in a French Twist and was upset as I needed to meet the wedding party at noon. I went to one Great Clips and the stylists were honest and said neither of them could do a French Twist. I asked them to call the other store and Jeanette answered the phone. I told her my problem and she said yes, I can do it and just ask for Jeanette when you get here. I walked in, she immediately greeted me, styled my hair, and I walked out the door at 10:45. My hair was fantastic and held up into the wee hours of the morning. My daughter kept saying Mom you have the best hair style out of everyone it hasn't moved an inch and looks fantastic. Jeanette went above and beyond to help me out at a very important time in my life. This reflected exceptional customer service and the commitment Jeanette has to her job and satisfying her customers. I will recommend her to my friends and she just got a new regular customer. Thanks Jeanette your the best ever.
