Goddardview Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Right in the middle of rinse cycle, the power went out. Attendant told me to call at 2:30 pm to see if it came back on. At 2:00 I called, and it WAS back on. Drove back up there and asked him for refund of $3.50 I had already spent because I had to start all over. He said "No way". I said why should I pay twice, when it was not my fault. He said it was not his fault that power went out either. He said "pay again or take my dripping wet clothes, and go somewhere else". So I paid again because I had no choice, but will never go there again! Terrible customer service and attendant was very rude!!!!

I recently went in an hour prior to closing. The attendant stopped me at the door and stated "I have already shut off the water for the night. You cannot use the machines now." I told him that my own washer stopped working and that I needed to wash my uniforms for work. I don't need the dryer. I will only stay as long as it takes to wash. I shook his head and stated "Too late, I can't turn the water back on." I am not stupid. I know that turning the water on or off takes a few seconds while turning a knob. Obviously this fellow was in a hurry to close the place up. Really what good is a place that that won't let you use the facilities during the hours that they are open? I will not be going back.

dryers suck!!! that's the only issue I have, that's it. no matter what I always have damp clothes coming from the dryer ALWAYS.. maybe they should do something about this

This is the most poorly run business I have ever dealt with. I went there today (as I have for many years) and was rudely directed to washers all over the place.(I try to keep them together as much as possible, so I don't lose track ) When myself and another customer removed loads that had finished 15 in prior, the owner/manager got even by putting out of order signs on every machine I wanted to use.There are big signs every where that say not to leave your loads unatteded. When i tried to get change for a worn $5 bill the machine would not take it. i asked this person if I could exchange the bill with him so I could use the change machine. I was rudely told that he did not have a $5 bill for me. To which I said, ;I guess I won't be able to dry my clothes here; He asked me to repeat what I had said and I did so with no malice or rudeness. He told me to finish with his washers, leave and not come back. I left with my wet and heavy quilts (all 8 of them) As a result, I found a cleaner, nicer and much newer laundry mat much closer to my home. The lady working there was very nice and very helpful. So thanks to the extremely rude man at goddard view I now have a new laundry mat to go to. I will be there 4 times a year to wash my quilts in their nice clean machines. They deserve my business, Mr. Rude doesn't.

I just had the worst customer experience I have ever had in all my life. I asked the attendant if the change machine took $5. He pointed to the machine and said what does it say. I responded that a simple yes would have been ok. He told me to get the F*ck of his Laundry mat and to find another one if I don't like it. I asked how he could keep customers like that and he simply repeated his obscenities. I asked to get a number of the manager and he continued to tell me to get the F*ck out. He must have used the word 50 times no exaggeration. His attitude clearly reflected that the people who use his facility have limited choices and he could treat his customers any way he wanted.
