Overall
NEVER BUY Warranty or use the GEEK SQUAD

On 3 different events I have purchased items. 1) book shelve stereo system for son 2) Hoover carpet cleaner for wife 3) Ipod touch for other son. All 3 times I had purchased extended warranty. All 3 products had problems over the course of the 1-3 year warranty periods all 3 times had a huge fight with this company. Geek Squad is a joke found out after all they do is process the item and send it out. They have no tech knowledge. All 3 times had to pay some sort of extra money to exchange or replace the items. Found out that it's much better to buy the items there if it is the cheapest place to purchase from, and then go online and buy an extended warranty. It will be probably from the same place best buy sends your items. It will be cheaper and a better warranty cause Best Buy won't limit how you get it fixed. Plus you cut out the middle man (best buy) so it will be cheaper. Been burnt to many times from this company, and again to tell you how much they care about there customers. It's black Friday today and I called to schedule an appointment to have a remote start installed on my truck and was told I can't cause the people in car audio are to busy so call back another day. Screw this company. Wish Circuit City was still around. Will never buy anything from here again. I rather not have it then buy from them.

Overall
best buy + warranties = SCAM

Unless you enjoy getting the run around and flushing your money down the toilet, NEVER buy a warranty from best buy! "Twice" I fell victim to the 'Guaranteed' Product Replacement warranty-ha! Read the fine print people!! I had 2 seperate electonic devices (1 never worked & the other broke in 6 months) that I returned to Best Buy. The Geek Squad tested them and told me to call the 800#. That person sent me a shipping label to return the product (no box, just the label) and I was SUPPOSED to receive a gift card for the purchase amount within 10 days after receiving the broken items. Well, after 4 weeks after shipping the items back I called Best Buy and they claimed they never received the items (1 of them I had the confirmation receipt I purchased from the post office). Sooooo if you like paying extra money for a product, should it break, and you enjoy wasting your time with the Geek Squad, at the post office and back to the original store to re-buy the item you bought only to wait approximately 5 weeks to have back in your posession - DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!

Overall
excellent location and store size

I don't typically buy electronics in physical locations however when I do this is the best place around. Their location is great as I can pick up other things from the mall on one stop and their selection is excellent.
