In Shape Personal Fitness is smack dab in the middle of cutting edge workout out programs with an old fashioned family feel. Edward and Colin are the owners who are both graduates from USC. They specialize in clients with injuries and limitations. I’ve see these guys get excited when they have a client with a challenging injury and make it a personal goal to get them back in shape to improve their quality of life. Not only do Colin and Edward train clients but they also have a full staff on hand to handle just about anybody's schedule. I've personally been trained by Ed and the results were amazing. Through his motivation, I've lost 57 lbs and joined a cycling team. I can bike 100 miles on Sunday and commute to work m-f and throw in workouts throughout the week. I also was able to meet other staff and clients who were all so friendly. EVERYBODY there knew that they we’re all making a commitment to health and sometimes we need to motivate each other. I'm so very impressed with the positive mental image about being healthy for life that In Shape Personal Fitness portrays.
