My initial dental training was as a Pediatric Dentist, "Children's Dentist". One of the best services I can provide for our children is Early Interceptive Orthodontics. Yes, it can be as early as 4 or 5 years old. These treatment protocols deal with tooth or bone misalignments caused by habit (i.e., thumb sucking) or genetics. The goal is to develop the dental arches so they can adequately prepare for the adult teeth BEFORE they grow into the mouth.
Invisalign Orthodontics
Dr Stephen Howard has been treating teens and adults with Invisalign for the past 15 years. His patients love the ease and flexibility of this tooth straightening process. Dr. Howard is a Certified Senior Instructor through the International Association of Orthodontics.
Braces
Aligners are nearly invisible, as long as you brush them everyday (which you can do when you brush your teeth). Aligner therapy can adjust your teeth and jaws in the same way that braces do, as long as you wear your aligners 24/7 everyday (braces are on your teeth 24/7 !). So, a potential downside of aligners; they only work if you wear them. They really are so easy to wear.

Teeth Whitening
Bleaching has proven to be a safe technique to brighten your smile. The frequency should be based on how white your teeth are relative to your skin tones. If the application of a bleaching product causes sensitivity during or after treatment you should stop bleaching. Ladies, want your teeth to look whiter? Use a darker lipstick shade.
