Optical Outlets - Tarpon Springs

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseWorst eyeglass place ever! Dont ever go to the Optical Outlets in Tarpon Springs, I dont know if it was the incompetence of the doctor or the staff but when I finally got my glasses they were the worst glasses I have ever had (and Ive been wearing glasses since I was 3) I can barely see out of them (except for maybe a dime size area in the middle, so I have to hold my head just right to see anything clearly) Youd expect after spending $300 dollars (yes dont get fooled by the advertizing your glasses will cost a lot more than you might be lead to believe) you would expect to at least see out of them., but they just give me a headache.

I was in denial that I needed glasses. Finally I gave in and called the optical outlet in tarpon springs. The team member who answered the phone was very patient and very nice.I arrived to my appointment and I was greated by an attentive and customer service oriented team member.She helped me pick a frame, gave me advise, ordered my glasses. DR. Ingham was very professional and the exam was painless and fun. Glad I went there,can't wait to get my new glasses and see clearly again.Eliane

I'm lovin Optical Outlets now!!! The district mgr. said OK to my buying a second pair of eyeglasses, so I was not penalized for having a Groupon afterall. The people have been so very nice and so very helpful. And I'm SO glad to have this place to close to where I work and live. I hope they do well in their new location because I'll be back for sure!

I love Optical Outlets! This is the only place I go for my family's eye exams and glasses! They have the best deals on glasses! I highly recommend!

I won't go back to buy any new eyeglasses! I bought a Groupon and used it there, only to find out after I made my purchase and went to pick them up, that I could have had a second pair for a little bit more money. But only if I purchased "the package", which was not availble to me because I using a Groupon. I asked why didn't someone try to sell me a package as the package is only a little more than what I paid with the Groupon. And I didn't NEED to use the Groupon if the package was a better deal. In the longrun, would have been cheaper for me than using the darn Groupon. They said OH.... sorry. And my response was NO.. you didn't even offer me any other options! I told them to ring it up for me w/o the Groupon (that I also paid $50 for) . And still NO. So, .I won't be back to buy any new eyeglasses from them. I was so very disapointed in how they handled this whole matter...and for what? A few dollars ? That was just wrong...
