East Lake Manor is one of the few Assisted Living Facilities that is owner operated. Our family has been in the healthcare business for four generations and we are pleased to offer you this new, convenient lifestyle. Our residents and their families are comforted by the fact that the owners of East Lake Manor take a hands-on approach to operating a facility that portrays the same warmth and home-like environment that they are used to. East Lake Manor operates each community residence based on the philosophy of compassion. Each individual, regardless of disability, has the same rights as others, plus the right to receive appropriate assistance in the activities of daily living. When East Lake Manor Assisted Living was first conceived, one of the top considerations was the physical facility and its location. ELM is situated ideally in the upscale East Lake neighborhood in Tarpon Springs. We feel that it is the perfect setting due to the peacefulness, picturesque landscape, and access to top-notch hospitals such as: Mease Countryside Hospital, Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital, Mease Dunedin Hospital, and Morton Plant North bay Hospital. Furthermore, Tarpon Springs is close to many shopping centers, wildlife habitats, and gorgeous beaches. Nearby are the cultural centers of the Tarpon Greek Community, downtown Tampa, and downtown St. Petersburg. As far as the physical facility itself, East Lake Manor's grounds are on a serene 4-acre private property, containing lush gardens and a beautiful spring-fed lake. Our residents are encouraged to spend as much time as possible (while supervised by staff) outside to truly enjoy the perfect Florida weather and our charming landscape.
