World Of Floors Florida

Rita S. Finally got the flooring down, tiled 1300 sq ft. I was told by 2 different employee of World of Floors that instalation would take 2 days, ( I was not sure how that was going to happen but) was reassured that they would come in and KNOCK IN OUT in 2 days. Ok??? Well, it take a week. Which was inconvenient since I did not arrange for that amount of time. I was as assured that the installers were skilled experienced installers. And although the 2 men that came were very respectful and neat. i needed to correct/instruct them twice. At the time I purchased the tile I told the salesman how I wanted to installed, I was told no problem. When the salesman came to the house to measure and draw an exact layout, again told no problem that their guys would do all the moving of the bigger pieces, i.e. refrig, couch, bed........etc. the after the job was finally completed, they contacted me to advise me that my bill was going to be more than what was agreed upon, since they(installers) needed added time( to correct mislayed tiles), move a (non slate) pool table (which was there when saleman came out) and refrig etc. And that they miscalulated the cost of the trim we had agreed on. I refused to cover addition costs, since I had them come to measure and assess the job and gave detailed instruction on how I wanted the tiles laided!!!! The salesman become very snipping with me after I told him the inconvenence the corrections caused me. He suggested to me that next time I need flooring installed that I should go somewhere else. So..... although, i am happy with the tile and the install, I can not recommend "World of Floors".

Pending review will be made after a conversation with owners after World of Floors did not complete their job on scheduled floor tiling. Will review again after Monday 28 Sept 15.
