I have been dealing with Marshall for all of my business needs and he is always prompt and knowledgable of all incentives and products. He doesn't push anything you don't need. I am able to reach him at any time and when I get there he has an assortment of phones picked out based on what we discussed. I would recommend Marshall to anyone looking for trusthworthy service.

I had an exceptional experience with Verizon for the past months. I was able to save money and gain some as well. Marshal Dessalines was my sale rep. I was skeptical at first to switch to Verizon. However, he took the time to explain to me the reasons I should join Verizon and the benefits associated with being a customer. This gentleman was very patient and pleasant, he helped me tremendously, even when I was being so difficult. The transition was done smoothly. My phone was shipped on time and returned. Now, I am a fervent customer and my daughters are as well. I stay in touch my family and more importantly, I have connection everywhere in the country. Way to go Mr. Dessalines and Verizon Wireless, of course. As a nurse, I want to thank Verizon for supporting us in this terrible pandemic.
