AVOID!!!!! I couldn't have had a worse experience. This is a HORRIABLE establishment. They took over 7 hours, accused my pet of being infested with fleas and charged me for 2 flea baths and did a horrible just on the haircut. This place gives off a shady feel. Unclean, unorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. Just stay away!

Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR away!! This place is questionable. Only god knows what goes on in this place after you drop off your dog! When I went to pick up my dog it looked like she was attacked by scissors! I spent another $40 getting her fixed at a reputable groomer. For the past two days my dog has been acting very weird and I KNOW it is because they did something to her. Also, when I went to pick her up they had 3 syringes laying on the FLOOR!! Yes I said syringes, I almost passed out. Why would the need this? And why is it on the floor? Furthermore, they had a young man probably about 18 that had an obvious mental disorder working on the dogs, is that who you want your dog to be cared by?

I pray that you do not go to this place; they are terrible people for what they are doing to the animals in their care. It absolutely disgusts me. I have been in contact with the Better Business Bureau and the AKC, I will do everything I can to shut this place down so they do not hurt anymore of our babies.

I would never recommend this grooming salon to anyone. I took my 6 month old cocker spaniel there and when I went to pick him up 3 hours later I found that he had trauma to his eye, razor burn and cuts all over his body. I called the groomer to ask if anything had happened while he was there and she completely blew me off. You can guarantee that I will be going back to this salon to demand a full refund and a refund for the vet bills for all the treatments Jake needed for his skin and eye.
