The Cat Doctors

I was pleasantly surprised to have a personal call from Dr. Simon 2 weeks after our visit, when she knew we would be home from our vacation. That call was icing on the cake that the doctors at Cats Doctors have that much true concern and compassion even after our visit!

Visiting a cats only facility is so much less stressful for our pets than when they used to go to a vet who took dogs and other animals as well.

Love everyone here! I always feel relieved to know that my cat is in good hands at Cat Doctors. They take such personal care of my pet.

Dr. Simon has been caring for Bo for years and she is the best! I'm so thankful for all the care you've given my kitties. Thanks to all the staff who have been kind and helpful always.

I really appreciated that you let me bring in Nicky's urine sample since I've had a hard time figuring out when I could bring him in due to my schedule. Everytime I come in you are always so sweet to me and my Jonsey. I always get all my questions answered.

When I asked how often things go wrong with anesthesia, I was told "not often." I would have been more at ease if I was given numerical data.

I really felt like the entire staff from the vet right down to the receptionist cared about Scoop's well-being. It really calmed my nerves for the doctor to be in communication so often. I will definitely be back and with my other beloved furry cat, Lola Bear, too!

If you have a cat that doesn't like going to the vet, take them here. My cat normally hisses and growls at the vet office the whole time, but she apparently felt relax here and only growled and hiss at the end of the examine. They were wonderful with my cat. She had an eye issue, and I took her to my previous vet they didn't really examine her and sent me to a specialist. At the specialist office I complained about my previous vet and how they wouldn't listen to me on how to approach my cat. The vet tech came back in to tell me what extra test the specialist wanted my regular vet to perform and I mentioned again my displeasure with my previous vet, and the tech told me to try out this place as she had once worked here and everyone is good with cats. I took her in that afternoon to get the specialist requested test completed. My cat didn't have an issue while being examined by Dr Simonds and Dr Simonds found an obvious issue with my cat's teeth that my previous vet missed the day before all together. I left my cat overnight so they could complete some further tests that required sedation, so they could be done first thing in the morning. Dr Simonds called me to tell me what they saw preliminary from the tests, and she told me that if the further testing confirmed she would need to put my cat on medication and wanted to discuss administration options I could go with a pill, liquid, or cream format. Dr Simonds called me to tell me I could pick my cat up and to tell me the other test results would be back the next day possible the next week at the latest. The next day she called and told me the results of her tests and confirmed that my cat had what the preliminary test had shown, and asked after thinking about the different application methods, which way would I like to use. She called in the scripts and my cat was started on her new meds that evening. Quality service and my cat felt at ease with the staff.

Every visit I have had at the Cat Doctor has been positive and my Rascal has gotten the best possible care. They are always kind, professional and compassionate towards me and my cat. I have definitely found my vet and I recommend them to everyone.

The service I receive from The Cat Doctors is extremely efficient and friendly. We will definitely be bringing both of our cats here for all of their needs.
