New management has turned this store around! Wow amazing selection, I had a great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Since their store in the WestShore Plaza is not listed, I will write my review for that location here. This place has the worst customer service ever., they will not work with you to correct a problem. We ordered t shirts for our business. All were supposed to be the same color but we got three of one color orange and three of a different shade of orange. Also they did two in child sizes, which we did not order. When we went back to have their errors corrected, one of their employees screen printed, in lime green, some random letters, which made that shirt totally unusable! What a terrible way to run a business! So, we paid almost $200 for rags.

That last review was obviously from someone who works there or owns the store. I went there to buy a Mother's Day gift for my wife. My daughter picked out a pink tank top. I took it to the counter where people were waiting for there custom shirts to be pressed and after the man rang me up he handed me a bill for $37.44. I said I'm sorry sir but I can't pay that much for a t-shirt. He said "but it's not a t shirt it's a tank top." Then he said he didn't know how to reverse the charges. I told him that if he didn't know how to reverse the charges he shouldn't sell products with no price tags therefor not giving the customer the option to make an informed decision. He asked me how much I would pay and I told him to take off one of the charges. (He charged me $21.39 for the t shirt and $17 for a custom print which I didn't customize). He recharged me $21.39, so I bought the shirt in spite of myself. A week later and I realize those infidels charged me two times, so I ended up paying $59 dollars for a skimpy tank top of poor quality. Why would a store not advertise prices? That's right, because they don't want to reveal how outrageous they're prices are. If you go to this store, I pray you will not get ripped off as I did.
