We were looking for an organic mattress for our son's wedding, that would provide long lasting comfort and their sales rep, Ron, was quite professional and extremely knowledgeable about all they had to offer. The atmosphere in their store in general is very relaxing, attractive and professional. I was very impressed, I bought the Natural Expressions latex bed and it has served it's purpose and more! This place is like a hidden gem. Already recommended Somnis to my family.

My boyfriend and I bought the innomax trinity mattress a few months ago and we love it! Stayed at nice hotels this weekend and so sore. Will never sleep on another mattress. The owner was amazing, great customer service. Going this afternoon to buy one for my son.

We purchased a mattress and adjustable bed from this company..horrible customer services, the bed doesn't even work in the 2 months I have owned it it has been serviced 3 times. the bed and platform cost me over 3500.00 dollars. I was back in the store within 3 days of taking delivery and they would not honor there "within 5 days" warranty. they said it was a new bed but I have since learned this bed was purchased in March, I bought the bed at the end of May...Phil sold me a FLOOR MODEL. terrible company..run far and fast from this place

We purchase a mattress because phill, the store owner guaranteed a good firm quality mattress. Well two days after we installed it at home the mattress was sinking in. No firm mattress at all. We had back problems and we were very clear before we purchase it. And he just just wanted to sell a mattress, sold it to us. And now. We are stuck with a mattress we can't even sleep in. We paid over $1000 and now there's nothing they will do to help us. When we contacted him about the issues. He told us that he goes to what's on paper not what he implied to make the sale happen. Since we didn't read the small prints . There was nothing he was willing to do to help us. !!! They suck!! They just want to sell and don't care about customer satisfaction!!! You should not trust them. Or their supposedly knowledge about mattress!! They will lie to u just to sell u a bed!!! Be very careful!!
