Premier Parking Ventures

This company wrecked my car and is refusing to fix it!!!!! After waiting an HOUR to be picked up at the airport I find out they had ran my car into something. When I showed Frank the manager his response was "sorry, cant your insurance handle it". Its been a month now and every time I call they tell me some one will call me. Do Not Park Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not, do not, do NOT use this company! Their website completely misrepresents them. There is no "air conditioned office/24 hour security in a gated, secure, safe facility/paved, lit and city approved lot", as they claim on their website. They are located (without signage) in the back parking lot of a Rodeway Inn, much farther than the advertised "2 miles from the Port". There is no "air conditioned office"--- just three guys sitting under a tent with a card table and make-shift board full of keys (and I have pics to prove it; I'd post them if I could). There is NO 24-hr security; they work 7:00am to 3:00pm. At least that's what they told the Sheriffs detective that I called after I discovered I'd been ROBBED. My glove compartment and console had been ransacked and I had several items---including an iPod--stolen from my car after leaving it with them during a cruise. There was no forced entry---THEY USED MY OWN KEY! The employees were rude and could care less. Their response was "call the 800 number lady-- we don't know anything". They gave false names (all the same, "Cliff") to the detective and refused to supply any last names. After four calls to the home office (at the 800 number), and promises that the owner and/or office manager would call me, I've still not heard back from them. They operate under the name KSA Tours-- not even Premier. They are shady, shady, shady and a complete scam. Do NOT use this company!

My 77 year old mom had to wait over 2 1/2 hours to retrieve her car. Once it was retrieved, it was dark outside. The gentleman handed her keys and took off. Lo and behold, the whole back end of her car was damaged! I called but no one called me back. Beware.
