Horrible company.

Stay away.

Worst customer service ever.

They sent us samples.

We ordered one for a client

Drove two hours only to get the wrong tile.

They then proceeded to tell us that the samples were not sent from their company.

I provided them the shipping label off the box they came in.

No apology.

They located the tile an hour later but told me it didn't glow in the dark. I had to prove the tile samples THAT THEY SENT TO ME ADVERTISED AS GLOW IN THE DARK actually did glow in the dark. I was told they would be over nighted. I called in the morning to inquire what price I was being charged. They were not able to give me the info and told me I needed to wait till the tile arrived with the invoice to know the total amount. What company refuses to tell you how much your being charged before you place an order?! Because I said "F it, this is b.s" I was told I wasn't welcome to order through them. I'm sorry but after all they put me through I don't think my language was that bad.. I never cursed out anyone or towards anyone only at the situation out of frustration. WORST SUPPLIER EVER. Isn't the customer always right? Why was I called a liar and had to spend hours trying to prove myself only to be treated this way?!
