Be careful. Do not sign the contract. Beware of dryers and dehumidifiers running non-stop for days. I hired this company to do it all; and was thrilled at their presentation and friendliness. Four months later the walls are still ripped out of my kitchen. They cannot come to an agreement with my insurance company and because of the contract it is hard to go elsewhere. The insurance company has had to hire peer remediators, because their charges are so high. Did I mention I have been without a kitchen for 4 months?
