New Tampa Pharmacy

Needed my prescription filled quickly - Process started 8/25/09 & as of now (4:05 p.m., 8/26/09) I still don't have my prescription nor does it appear I'll be getting one from this business. My physician called in the Rx 8/25/09, I was informed it would be the next day because the product had to be ordered. I faxed over all required documentation & Rets @ New Tampa Pharmacy assured me all would be handled & they would even deliver the prescription.

Today, 8/26/09, when I hadn't received anything (no delivery, no phone call - nothing!) by lunchtime, I started making calls. Ingrid, who claimed to be new, would interrupt before I could finish explaining anything & would change her story a few times before finally admitting that the wrong drug had been ordered & they couldn't do anything today. The only offer made was to call the prescription in to another pharmacy. I am in desperate need of my medication but I guess I should thank the Good Lord that I'm not on my deathbed!
