New Life Electronics Repair

Toook a Sharpe TV to them to just repair a module, plug on a $1200 HD TV. They said "no problem" we'll call you in a couple of days. TWO weeks later after several messages left on their store phone. That the family was having a falling out (fired dad is what I was told by mom) and the repair was delayed. "Give a another week" Well 10 days pass and no word, so I call and leave another message(no one at the shop, as I drove by there 3 times in 3 days) Final a call back to say the part that was order was wrong and reordered, wait another week! 2 more weeks weeks and no word again. Then finally at week 5 I get a call 'We can't fix it come and get it" New repair shop said NOW the screen is broken !! Ruined with a loss of $1200 !!!! STAY AWAY
