Looks can be deceiving ! The atmosphere and staff are very nice . However because of the lack of communication between the staff , client and Dr.Reddy I threw away my money . I had a situation with a filler I had purchased for a scar .They said I used it all in two visits . I tried giving them a few days to fix the situation . I was told by Dr.Reddy she would save it and use it slowly .When I spoke to Dr.Reddy addressing the situation she laughed and said she would look into it further . I'm glad throwing away people's money is amusing . She forgot to call me back according to one of her staff . I was put on a brief hold and when the receptionist got back she said I had no more filler and would I still like to keep my appointment ? Giving a last chance to fix the situation I asked if Dr.Reddy had a solution and the answer was No . Customers Beware ! Document everything you purchase .Don't fall into the trap that there is a special to buy more . They care about your money not you !

Groupon purchased. Up-sell began moment doctor arrived. Products totally misrepresented. Medical records OBVIOUSLY altered. Dysport/Botox unit ratio is 2.5 to 1. (50 Dysport units = 20 Botox units.) Don't let this repeated con swindle you like she did me and talk you in to a different unequal product. There is a reason behind the 4 page arbitration agreement patients are mandated to sign.

WOW After I had Artefill by Dr. Reddy my face looked 10 years younger. And the results get better and better just like Dr. Reddy said it would.

Wrinkles I walked In with. I liked the office, a little high sell but I cut them off quickly, she is not a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. Very nice however! I won't be returning!

I bought a coupon on Living Social for Radiesse Dermafiller that lasts up to 18 months. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early but waited 2 full hours before being given my treatment. During sign-in, you get a big packet of waivers permitting them to use your images for marketing material and protecting Dr. Reddy from lawsuits. After waiting 2 hours and signing my life away, Dr. Reddy assured me that she had done thousands of similar treatments and cracked a lot of jokes and phony smiles to put me at ease. Immediately after the treatment, I was shuttled out of the room without being shown the work, probably because she isolated all the filler in two tiny spots on both sides of my nose, just below my eyes, leaving the rest of my cheeks completely untouched for some reason. I spent another $1200 to fill the rest of my cheeks (at another doctor's office), but the area filled by Dr Reddy still protrudes further than the rest. Only two possible conclusions- either she's really bad at her work or she did it intentionally to force me into spending more money to fill the rest of my cheeks.

She also had me come back 24 hours later for a check-up, something that no other doctor has ever done with me for this kind of treatment. She made me wait again, this time for an hour, just to tell me that my face is swollen in those two isolated spots. Ridiculous. And I'm pretty sure the only reason for the second visit was to have another chance at up-selling me other products and services.

In short- don't do it, if your face is important to you. She doesn't even have her profile up on her website. It still say "Coming Soon." Suspect. The only good thing I can say is that she has a decent facility, but it isn't at all a reflection of her work.

Dr. Anitha was very helpful and knew exactly what kind of medicine I needed. Her staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Overall great doctor!!

Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable and experienced. I feel she will do all she can to work with me and my budget. After my consultation, I had a Hydrafacial which was an awesome experience

I believe Dr. Reddy wanted me to achieve my goals and be happy with the outcome. She knew what would give me the best results and wanted me to be a happy, satisfied patient!

I found Dr. Reddy to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I told her my goals for my skin and she shared with me the options she could offer! She was very helpful and very friendly!!

I had a procedure with Radiesse injections and Dysport and was extremely happy with my results.I have had filler injections in the past and have never had better results then with Dr. Reddy.Their Staff is friendly and caring.Most importantly Dr. Reddy made me feel extremely comfortable with my visit. Although I am moving, I will continue to come back to Dr. Reddy for my procedures.I am so disappointed that I will be moving.
