Primary Care
The questionnaire will be completed and reviewed with you. Your physician will then perform a physical examination, discuss diagnostic tests and any laboratory procedures, determine treatment plans, and make recommendations. Please ask questions about your care. Information is recorded in your file and a letter is forwarded to your primary care physician.

At Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Associates of Tampa Bay, our physicians are board certified in allergy/immunology and internal medicine. Over the years we have treated many patients with chronic cough. The majority of these patients have chronic cough because of postnasal drip, asthma, allergies, or acid reflux. Chronic cough can also be caused by chronic infections, certain anti-hypertensive medications, or vocal chord dysfunction.
