Our home we lived in for over 20yrs, was foreclosed & went to auction- it was purchased by this realty "Herbert Fisher". The eviction gave us limited time to vacate and as a result we required 1 additional day to remove 2 large pieces of our furniture (approx. value 5K). We contacted all parties involved & did everything requested to get the additional day approved- and, Shannon (or Sharon?) at the realty agreed to meet us at the home the following day at 10am, to remove the final content. To our surprise, the items had been stolen by either the men working for this agency, or someone at the agency. In addition, on the same day, we observed that the fully remodeled guest bathroom (value 11K)- beautifully decorated tile, black tub/toilet, lighting, vanity/matching mirror and all matching bamboo type faucets for sink/tub, ect., - the thief/thieves had stolen the bathroom vanity, lighting, and toilet- thereby ruining this wonderful selling point for the house- which is their loss. BUT, the fact that this agency/Shannon made specific arrangements to meet us at 10am the following day to retrieve our valuable 2 furniture pieces- offered no explanation or remorse for their lack of internal communication, and why our 2 items of value were no longer in the home to retrieve at the time of our scheduled 10am meeting. Frankly, she could have cared a less. I would caution anyone thinking of dealing with this realty as clearly there are thieves and dishonest employees working for this realty.
