Guitar Center

The l;ast review was something. I have had the best service and supprt from teh Guitar cCenter. Al in the Guitar section has helped me tremendously. Even my wiife can go there and has no issues when dealing with the staff. I have returned a $700 guitar amp and they gave me a replacement withing 20 miniutes of gettig to the store. The guiatr repair tech is too busy and I really have sopme issues with that particular aspect of teh Hiollsborugh store, but other locations I have no issues with the Tech services, Sorry to hear you have such a problem. BTW it's not their problem where you live as long as your are service promptly tio your satisfactiion.

I purchased a piece of equipment as new then discovered when I got home that the power cable as well as other parts were missing and the unit was scratched leading me to believe that it was used. I had to make 2 trips to the store driving an hour each way and was treated like it was no big deal. I finally got the equipment hooked up and after 20 minutes the buttons on the machine quit working and I had to use a remote just to power it down.I am curioius to see how they will treat me when I go back again today and ask to switch to a different piece of equipment also to see if they will offer to compensate me in any way for my time and trouble (not to mention the gas). I will say they have a large inventory of items, but customer servce is definately lacking.
