Mr. Fox never communicates. I was constantly trying to contact him and he refused to return any of my phone calls. When I attended court, Mr. Fox failed to schedule/file the proper paperwork for the counter contempt against my ex-wife. He then spent an inordinate time arguing with the magistrate and the opposing counsel about not being able to "piggy back" his arguments on the opposing counsel's motions. I have never been so thoroughly embarrassed and never expected such behavior from an attorney. Later, an additional court hearing was scheduled and Mr. Fox failed to inform me of this court date, nor did he communicate the ruling of that court date. I luckily was informed by the opposing counsel.
