Ferman Chrysler Jeep

I gave this place 3 tries. Bad service each time, I will not be going back. Once I dropped it off for an oil change and told them I'd wait. I left and came back 2.5 hours later, they had not even started. No apologies at all. Took my car there two times due to uneven tire wear, both times told it was normal and I was rushed out of there. I talked with the service manager, he acted like he didn't care one bit. Even told me I was interrupting a meeting he had been in . Bad service, bad employees, horrible wait times............no one has time for that kind of treatment.
