EZ SCUBA Diving

Don't spend your money here. You won't get what you pay for or worse they will try to keep your money. I went there for advance open water and nitric training 11 months ago. They took my money and and every time I have gone there it's been one excuse after another; from death to now broken air conditioner. Not sure what all these issues have to do with going diving. There are other dive shops folks; go to one of them.

EZ Scuba is not a fancy dive shop with expensive gadgets under glass. Its a shop for folks who dive or are interested in learning to dive from their Master trainers. They provide both PADI and IANTD classes from beginning Open Water to advanced technical diving like Full Tech Cave and CCR. The shop has everything you need in both rental and new for purchase gear for every level of diver. Along with Aluminum and Steel tanks in varying sizes, doubles and stage bottles you can even rent Explore and PRISM 2 CCR units with the proper certification.

They caters to an active spearfishing customer base with a complete line spearguns from Rhino Spearguns and accessories to go with them, and they usually sponsors a team in the St. petersburg open each year.

They doe on site partial pressure gas blending for NITROX and TriMix while you wait to get you the prefect mix for your dive plan.

They also cater to folks from all over the country and Canada whom come down to train with EZ Scuba or to set up special dives like diving with manatees at hospital hole during the winter months or guided dives up to the springs at Ginnie, Blue Grotto, or Devils Den.

I went through EZ Scuba for my PADI Open Water certification 2 YEARS AGO and still have NOT received my scuba card. After countless visits to the store to "re-do" paperwork and retake my scuba card picture, Eric the owner, still blames PADI for the loss of my scuba card. Though after contacting PADI directly, they state there has been no complications with the delivery of my scuba card. The customer service here is absolutely terrible!! I've walked in on the owner playing video games and locking the door after telling me their closed. Eric is a terrible owner with no respect for his customers! Do NOT rely on EZ Scuba to return calls or contact you for ANY REASON because they will simply ignore it until you call yourself.
