upset

i am a customer that is not satisfied with the service. on the week of may 4th my husband called the rep to come out and service our house for ants. after he did not come i made a call the next week. the person i spoke to put the rep on the line three way and he said he did not receive the call but he said he could come out on the 15th at ten. that was ok with me. we the rep got here i said to him i do not know what happened with the call from my husband and he told me that was ok he had gotten a lot of those lately. mind you he told me on the three way he never got the call. he preceded to do the work he knew our house well and he is a very pleasant person. i told him to try spraying on the outside first because we had seen a lot of activity there. so i go upstairs to the first room that is where i babysit my two grand kids. i kept waiting for him to do the bathroom because it was ants coming in from the window. a little time after that i looked out of the window and his truck was gone, so i called him and said you did not do the upstairs and he said i have another appointment at 10:30 so call the office. i told him he was not finished here and i told him to come back and finish. after he did come back i was really irritated and called the office. as i was about to tell the young lady my problem she cut in to tell me that he had called her and he rang the door bell twice and no one let him in. i told her the door was already open and he always came upstairs and down and never rang the bell until he was finished. by this time she began to put me on hold so the music would play and she got back on the line and said are you finished screaming at me and i said to her i was screaming because she was talking over me every time i tried to tell her about the situation. so she listened and said to me I know the rep and he is not that kind of person, mind you at this point she is saying i am a liar and that no one is coming out until Monday and i told her i needed some one to come out today and she repeated well no one is coming out. so i said to her i am finished with you all and she said you are still going to pay for that service today and i said no because the rep did not even get the paper signed and she put me back on hold and never came back. i called back for a manager and he said he would look into it but all i wanted was the ants taken care of. but check this out the rep did come back in my house before he left because the unsigned bill he left in my hallway and he sure had to come into my house to put it there. i will pay this bill because paying it holds up my end of the bargin but i am still upset

My experience at Ed Morse Service Center

The door of my 4 month old STS was rubbing against the quarter panel. The car was never in an accident. I took it to the service center at Ed Morse so they could fix it. The guy told me he has 30 years experience, and he could tell that something happened to the car, and it would not be fixed under warranty because something "must" have happened to it. I pointed to the door and the quarter panel and showed him that there were no scratches, no dents, nothing. He said it probably go damaged when it was put on the lift (at Ed Morse Cadillac) and it would cost me about $1,800 for them to fix it. I got so angry; I left and took it to another body shop where the technician said "give me five minutes". He made a few adjustments to the door and the problem was fixed. He didn't even charge me. I told him about what I was told at Ed Morse, and he confirmed that they is how they do business.
