Easy AC

What a bunch of crooks! Do NOT use this company. They replaced a unit in our townhouse a little over a year ago, and the blower went out. The parts are still under warranty, but service is not. The repair tech quoted a service charge of $85 to replace the blower. They were supposed to call for approval before starting any repairs, which they did not do. While checking our bank account this weekend, we discovered that they charged us a total of $285, without authorization. Save yourself the frustration, and money, and call another company!

Called they scheduled an appointment came out on time exactly at 7:30 did a quick review and gave me an estimate that was close to $3,000 less than One Hour A/C also since we had an appointment for Friday morning to install new unit Rodney went to office and returned with a portable ac unit for me and my wife to use until Friday PERFECT would recommend to anyone looking for a new unit.

I came home from being out of town only to find my AC unit not working at 10pm. I was very stressed out and called around to a bunch of companies. Easy AC took all of my information and said someone would be contacting me shortly. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Jennifer who sent a Technician to my house. The technician was great he explained everything to me and had me cooling in no time. This company is a great company with great employees and very fair pricing. This is the company I have used and will use for all my AC needs. The office staff is soo helpful and professional especially Jennifer and Michelle. Its very easy to set an appointment and they always answer any questions. Their technician Rodney is always on time and takes great care of our AC systems. Don't Be Left in The Hot Summer without an AC UNIT!!! CALL EASY AC

When it comes to knowledge about Air Conditioner units Easy AC is on top of their game and it clearly shows with the excellent service they provide with friendly and knowledgeable service technicians. If the approaching Florida summer heat was not enough, My air conditioner was having lot's of problems this past weekend. Sometimes it would turn on, other times it would just shut off without any type of reasoning behind it. I put of calling someone because of a tight budget I am currently on. One of the first things you will notice about Easy Ac is the customer service is really good. The second thing that is really awesome is they have same day service calls. Once Easy Ac came out and the made the diagnostic, my AC was back up and running full swing.

Running into Air conditioner problems in the middle of the summer is not a fun task, especially when living in Florida. Well a few days ago I went to turn on my Air Conditioner and what do you know, it did not turn on. I kind of went into panic mode considering that Florida Summers are very hot. I picked up the phone and called Easy AC and the customer service and help I received on the phone was flawless. The lady I spoke with guided me the entire time on the phone and asked me lots of questions about the unit etc. A few hours they had sent out a Technician to my house. Again, I was surprised with how fast they arrived to my house. They checked out the problem and it was a minor switch that was defaulted. It was then replaced and my AC has worked ever since. Once again If anyone runs into issues with their Air Conditioner please do not hesitate to give them a call. GRADE A SERVICE!!!

One of the great things about Easy AC is the quick response in customer service you receive when you call up with questions about an AC unit. I recently had some problems with my AC unit where it was not cooling down fast enough. As a matter of fact it felt like it was not cooling down at all. The customer service was very nice and helped me out with any questions I had. They sent out a service man right away. After a brief inspection we found out the problem and it was fixed in a matter of hours. Thank you Easy AC for helping me out.

Having an older home with an older AC unit can be tough, especially when repairs are needed. The other day I was having some issues with my AC as it was struggling to turn on so I gave Easy AC a call right away. It was a minor fix that needed a couple of parts changed. Needless to say everything works great now.

I recently was having some issues with my AC unit so I called Easy AC because summer is just around the corner. The person who answered the phone when I called was very friendly and professional. They let me know that a Service Man would be out to my house with in 24 hours. They arrived on time and took a look at my AC. Sure enough, I had a leak in one of the hoses. It was very inexpensive to fix and before I knew it my AC was back on track. Thanks for the great service Easy AC.

Prompt service with a friendly smile. When I recently called Easy AC because my AC unit was down, they were very friendly with me on the phone and sent somebody out right away to do a diagnosis on my AC. The problem was that there were a few leaks in my compressor valve. I really recommend Easy Ac if you are having issues with your AC unit.
