I cannot believe the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this office. I was not allowed to be with my children, not even for my youngest who is only 5. Not to mention, each of them commented how unfriendly the staff was to them. I had no formal information from the staff or the doctor. In fact, I never saw the doctor or anyone who identified themselves as the doctor. My children stated that they never saw the doctor, only the hygentist who reportedly did not even floss their teeth. A few days later my oldest child, reported an issue and when I called to follow-up, I was greeted with a hostile approach and talked to in a demeaning manner. Imagine my surprise to discover that I was actually speaking with the doctor. What ever happened to customer service? Is this practice so successful that you feel that you can treat your patients without care or professionalism? It is good that I have choice of dentists for the future. I will NEVER go back to this office or refer anyone else to be mistreated or mishandled. What a disappointment!!
